    Place on a baking tray and defrost for 30 minutes at room temperature. cook for 18-22 minutes at 180°C/ Gas Mark 4.

    Cook from frozen at 190°/ Gas Mark 5 for approximately 15 minutes.

    Spread out on a baking tray and leave to prove overnight at room temperature. For best results, egg wash and bake at 190°C/ gas Mark 5 until golden brown.

    Thaw at room temperature for 45-60 minutes. Place on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes at 180°C/ Gas Mark 5.
