Camel Valley Pinot Noir Rose Brut 12.5% (Sparkling)

Knightor Trevannion 2103 11%
The Trevannion is the richest and most aromatic wine in Knightors range. Siegerrebe in particular, reaches very high levels of ripeness, and gives the highly perfumed aromatics to the blend.
Knightor Portscatho Bacchus 2014
This Bacchus comes from a single vineyard on the Roseland Peninsula. It was picked on two separate dates in October, 10 days apart. The earlier picking displaying, wonderful fresh grass and Gooseberry characters the later picking far richer, with an abundance of tropical fruit. The two pickings were fermented separately in stainless steel at a cool temperature to preserve the characters present in the fruit. The wines underwent a short aging period with regular lees stirring to add fullness and weight to the palate, after which they were blended.
Knightor Roseland Pinot Rose 2014
The Pinot noir precoce fruit used in this Rose came from a single vineyard located on the Roseland Peninsula near Portscatho. After a warm and dry late summer full of high expectation Fruit was finally harvested by hand during the final week in September. This Pinot rose was whole bunch pressed, and fermented long and cool in stainless steel to be as true to the fruit and vineyard site as possible.
Knightor Mena Hweg 8%
This wine is inspired by the great wines of Germany, particularly the Mosel’s Kabinett and Spätlese styles. A wonderful sweet wine.
